Le chemin remonte de l’autre côté et offre deux possibilités de col : soit le Sirwoltesattel (2600m) avec une descente plutôt raide sur Engiloch (6h de marche), soit le Bistinenpass (6h également) pour une arrivée au col du Simplon.
