WebEffective January 1, 2024, the 5 percent weight loss eligibility waiver described in § 410.14(g)(3)(iv) will end for MDPP beneficiaries starting after this date. However, the 5 percent weight loss eligibility waiver will remain in effect for MDPP b eneficiaries who were receiving the set of MDPP services prior to January 1, 2024 .
