This is similar symptoms to low Freon. If you start to add some Freon, the high side will go over the top and bow the pressure relief. That was the first time I saw that. So, I replaced the Expansion valve, and the a/c was fine for a week.

When I start driving the Jeep for about 3min the clutch starts to disengage and the cooling stops.
