I have confirmation from the Genius Bar that this is happening inside the display - also, if you "pinch" the display from the front and back while moving the laptop left-to-right the noise/movement disappears completely. WebIf you are in a 220 volt situation measure the output of the outlet and see if it is truly 220 volt. If it is lower you are most likely over subscribing the lines. Or the ground wire on the outlet might not have been connected, which is different than the black wire which is neutral.
